Order Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are generally processed and dispatched from our end within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, please allow additional transit time for delivery. Typically, customers can expect to receive their orders within 5–6 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, dispatch or delivery may take longer than usual. In the event of a significant delay, we will inform you via email or phone.
Shipping Method & Charges
We primarily use India Post for shipping orders within India as well as for international deliveries. Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking details. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Kindly retain all original packaging materials and the damaged product, as these may be required for the claim process.
